Haryana has been amongst the foremost states in India to envision the future of the state, based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. During the Economic Survey 2021-22 tabled in the Parliament by the Union Finance Minister, Haryana was included in the leading states of the country in the NITI Aayog SDG India Index 2020-21.
The State Summit in Haryana will throw light on, what the state has done right for exponentially improving its standing in the national SDG index, challenged and diversified conventional crop patterns for water conservation and smarter agriculture and what will it take to help Haryana stay on path through collective efforts and accountability from all stakeholders.
